I am so sorry Stephanie and I haven't been posting too frequently lately, we've been wrapped up in enjoying our summer :) We hope everyone else is too!
Today's post is going to be a little different for 'A Beauty Piece', we normally blog about makeup and fashion but we also want to include other parts of our lives and getting fit is something we both strive towards.
So we've decided to start a little competition and do the 30 day squat challenge and the 30 day crunch challenge. I am sure most of you have seen these challenges on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. There are tons of cute 'Challenge Calendars' out there that you can print to help keep you on track. Below are the two that we are using, so feel free to use them too :)
The idea here is to gradually build up your squats and crunches each day to build up muscle for a rounder behind and a flatter tummy. We're both pretty competitive and doing it together will definitely keep us accountable for it, and it is such a fun way to include some fitness moves to your excercise routine.
